How to assign a Form to someone (Scheduler)

Once you have completed your Form template, you have the ability to Schedule the access to the form for a specific employee, employees attached to a Role, employees attached to a Branch, to everyone in a company, or to a Kiosk User.

Once you click Save on your Form Template, you will receive the following prompt: 



If you select No, the form will remain as a template which you are able to make edits to. Otherwise if you select Yes, you will be taken to the Form Scheduler page. 

From here, you can select your Form Template, who you want to assign the form to (including Individuals, Role, All, or Kiosk User), as well as whether the form is a Lifetime form (can be completed over and over again), or a one-off form (this will be removed from an employee's Form Template listing once they have submitted their completed form). 


Once a form is been assigned, employees can then begin completing their forms via the web or the Engage app. To learn more about how to complete a form, please click here

If you find that you would like to assign the form to a new employee / role at a later stage, you can do so either by clicking on Forms / Templates / "Assign" next to your applicable template:


There are no limits to the number of schedules you can have against a form template. 

If you have already assigned a form to someone in another schedule, this will be highlighted when you try to save your new schedule. If you do not want the employee to have multiple copies of the form, you can click 'Edit' on the existing schedule by clicking on Forms / Templates / 'View' next to your template, then pop to the Schedules tab.

From there, you can View previous schedules to show you who has already been assigned, then click Edit as needed to amend your schedule.
