Once an incident has been logged, it will need to be investigated and closed. To do this, click on Health & Safety / Incidents, then find the applicable incident and click on the Complete Incident Report button.
Fill in the form, note that fields with a red asterisk are mandatory fields.
If you needed to come back to your form at a later stage, you can save your progress by clicking on Save, and then repeat the steps above when you are ready to complete the rest.
If you have filled in all fields and are ready to close your incident, click on 'Save and Complete' to change the incident status to closed. Note that you will be unable to make any changes to the incident when the status has been closed.
On closing an incident, you have the option to send a "close out" email to either the Person Involved in the incident, their manager, or both of them. This can include a corrective action summary from the incident investigation if applicable.
The email will not include other information from the investigation, and will look similar to the following:
