Release Notes - May 2025
The May 2025 release introduced QR codes for Assets and Employee Training records and announced the forthcoming Safety Approach function.
The information below records what was available or planned at the time of release. Current functionality may include later enhancements.
QR codes were introduced for Assets and individual Employee Training records.
- Asset QR codes are available from the applicable Asset record.
- Employee Training QR codes are available from the Employee Bio.
- QR codes can be downloaded as image files for printing.
The mobile application received two QR functions:
- QR Code Scanner on the main home screen
- QR Code Scan within Forms
The home-screen scanner opens the Asset PDF or individual Employee Training PDF associated with the code.
When used within a Form, the scanner can populate the Asset name and description instead of requiring the user to select the Asset from a dropdown list.
The release notes also announced a forthcoming Our Safety Approach screen under the Organisation and Company information.
The planned function was intended to provide a central place to document why, who and how Health & Safety is managed, with a review date, reviewer and publishing controls.
The announcement also referred to future Safety System Review Actions covering Policy, Procedure, Risk Register and SDS reviews.
