QR codes

Available now

We have now introduced QR codes to represent assets and employee training records. The QR codes can be found at the bottom of the employee bio / asset record and can be downloaded in image format for printing.

On the mobile app, there are two new features linked to the QR codes:

• QR code Scanner (main home screen)
• QR code scan (embedded within forms)

The QR code scanner on the home page links to the asset PDF download and the individual employee training PDF.

The QR code scanner on forms links to the asset name / description (can be used instead of selecting from a drop down.

Safety Approach

Available next week

On the organisation / company / view screen, we have added a new screen called “Our Safety Approach”. This section gives businesses a central place to define and document how health and safety is managed across their organisation. It captures the why, who, and how of your safety system. It comes with the ability to set a review date and reviewer to ensure your safety approach stays current, accountable and aligned with how your business actually operated. You can publish the approach to your entire company or keep it as an administration tool.

We will also add actions to policy and procedure reviews and tie all review actions (including risk register and SDS reviews) into a new quick report called “Safety System Review Actions”

We will advise as soon as this function is fully available.
