How to Assign a Reviewer

When investigating an incident (or a Hazard or a QA Event), you have the ability to assign a specific reviewer who will be responsible for the investigation. 

To assign a reviewer, click on Health and Safety / Incidents, and click 'Complete Incident Report' next to the incident you wish to assign a reviewer to. Please note, you may need to adjust Authorities if you do not have access to this page. To learn more about Authorities, please click here


You can then select a Reviewer from the Assign Reviewer drop-down list. Once you have selected your employee from the drop-down, remember to click 'Update' to lock this in. 


The selected employee will receive an email to let them know that they have been assigned an incident to review.


The employees that appear in the drop-down are all H&S representatives across all branches. Note that only those attached to the branch that the incident is recorded against will be able to see it on their listing screen, but if a reviewer is assigned that is from a different branch they will then be granted access to view and investigate.

Once a reviewer is assigned, their name will be visible on the Incidents listing page and in Report Builder.
