2) Customizable dashboard. You can now select the information that you would like to be displayed on your
dashboard via the setting icon against the “My Dashboard” title. This is customizable at user level.
To access key information about your employee without going into their full bio, you can now click on their
image from the listing page and a summary will be displayed.
You now have the ability to store "Other" documents against the employee. This is accessed
through the document tab in the employee bio.

When uploading a document, you will have the option as to who will have access to this document.

Now that you have the ability to add serial numbers to items allocated to employees, we have created a
simple register / report that allows you to quickly search for a number to see who has ownership of that
item. This is accessed through the Orders Menu. Please note, serial numbers will automatically be added
to the termination report if applicable.
6) New field in driver licence section – “Registered in Toro” and "Registered in Driver Check".
This is to provide the ability to report over drivers that have been registered or not in NZTA Toro or Driver
Check.
Any leave dates entered against the employee will show on the calendar and on the dashboard. Please note,
at this stage, there are no min / max leave balances contained within Engage, it is just a simple listing of
dates that is accessible by employees and managers.
You now have the ability to filter the calendar to only show specific events if required.

In the last release, we made available an org chart at employee level which showed one level up and
down relevant to that employee. We now have a full org chart available for the whole company.
This is available by clicking Customer Admin / Organisation / Companies / "View" / Organization
Chart.
