Risk Register

To access the Risk Register, click on Health & Safety / Risk Register / 'New Risk'. 

Fill in the relevant form, note that areas marked with a red asterisk are compulsory.

To set the Hazard risk rating and the Residual risk rating, click on the applicable coloured square. 

Once your risks are entered, you have the ability to filter as required and print off your Risk Register by 

clicking on the 'Download' button. From here, you are able to alter the header, order, and choose 

coloured risk cells as required. 

You are also able to extract the raw risk register data by using report builder. To learn more about report builder, please click here. 

Risks entered are able to be viewed, with the ability to add Actions, Documents, Specialist Advice information or Controls in their

respective tabs.  

Risks can also be viewed on the Mobile app. 

If a risk is no longer valid in a company, you just need to Edit the risk against the specific branch, and then change the status to

Inactive. To reflect back, you can use the Hazard Status filter to show the archived risks later on as needed. 

Each risk has an allocated employee responsible, and a hazard review frequency; Engage will automatically 

notify that employee when the risk is to be reviewed 4 weeks prior to when the review is due.
