Health checks can be included in Engage for health requirements relating to an employees role, such as an eye test or hearing check. Please note that those that have the Health Check: Manage authority, as well as View Only: authority to view another employees' profile (such as managers and those with Admin: Companies authority) will be able to see the health check tab by clicking 'View' against the employee's profile. Adding a New Health Check for a Role
If an employee requires a specific health check for their role, this can be added by clicking on Customer Admin / Health Checks / Checks / "New Health Check".

Fill in all of the relevant boxes, please note that boxes with a red asterisk are compulsory.
Once a new Health Check has been added, this can be edited or deleted at a later stage as required.
The employees who's roles are assigned a health check will receive an email notification that this will need to be completed. They will also receive an email close to the renewal period so that they are aware they need to complete another health check.
Marking Health Checks as Complete
If you have completed a health check, you can mark this complete as an employee or a manager on behalf of an employee by clicking on Employees / 'View' next to the relevant employee / Health / 'Edit' next to the relevant health check. Complete the relevant form.
This can be generated into a report as required by using the Report Builder function and creating a new report with Health Checks. To learn more about the Report Builder, please click

Existing Conditions
You also have the ability to add existing health conditions to an individual employee. This is important if an employee has an allergy or other condition that needs to be recorded. To add an existing condition to an employee, click 'View' next to the relevant employee / Health / 'Add Existing Condition'.
