The December 2024 release introduced reporting, Incident close-out and Employee Training display improvements.
The information below records what changed in that release. Current functionality may include later enhancements.
1Activity Overview grid
The Activity Overview was changed to display information in a grid across active Branches.
2Standard Branch Report
A Branch Report was added to Standard Reports.
The report brings together Incidents, Hazards, Feedback and completed Training across active Branches for a selected date range.
3Incident close-out emails
When closing an Incident, an authorised Health & Safety representative can choose to send a close-out email to:
- The person involved
- The person's manager
- Both recipients
The Actions Summary Report can also be included where required.
4Employee Training status colours
Training status became easier to identify from the Employee Training listing:
- Expired Training is displayed in red.
- Training approaching expiry is highlighted in orange.
