If you no longer require a particular form template, you have the option to make them Inactive. In doing so, this will revoke access to the form on the web and mobile for anyone that has been assigned this template.
To learn more about creating form templates, please click
here.
To make a form inactive, click on Forms / Templates, and click on 'Set Inactive' next to the form you no longer require, note that only those that have the Forms: Manage authority, or the Admin: Companies authority will have the ability to access this page.
To learn more about Authorities, please click
here.
If you ever needed to refer back to a previously made Inactive form, click on Show Inactive Forms to include these in your listing page. If you click on 'Set Active', this will re-enable your form for use. Note that you can also Copy any Inactive forms if you wanted to make a new version.
All form history is retained once made inactive, and can still be reported on by clicking on Forms / Reports, and expanding the Inactive Templates box.
If you have any other queries about Inactive Forms or any other areas of Engage, please contact support@engagesolutions.co.nz and we will get back to you as soon as we can.
