Role-Based Training
In Engage, the majority of your training that gets loaded should fall under Role-Based training. This includes any training that your employees need to complete as part of their assigned role within your company. All training reports, dashboard reminders, PDF's relating to training, etc all refer to an employees assigned role-based training.
To load role-based training, click on Customer Admin / Training, firstly you will need to load your Qualifications (as you link each training course to a qualification), then you can load your training courses. Click on Customer Admin / Training / Courses to start loading your training courses. Note that in order for employees to have access to the assigned training, you need to ensure that their associated Role and Branch has been assigned to the course. Click

'Other' Training
'Other' training are individual training records that you can load against each employee. These are any trainings unique to an employee that falls outside of their role requirements. This may include things like a university degree, an online course that was completed, or a certificate that was obtained prior to starting at your company. Click

If an employee changes role within a company after previously completing a specific role-based training, historical training records will automatically move to their 'Other' training section.
